Total Compliance for remote operators

London-based Total Compliance Limited has launched a global online gaming business advisory service designed to help new entrants into the market while also providing existing operators with ongoing business-critical assistance.

Founded by Harvard graduate Filippe Scalora, Total Compliance provides core back-office activities including strategic business planning advice that synergises marketing strategies with compliance requirements along with rapid international gaming license applications and operational advisory services for payment and banking gateways.

Scalora stated that his deep understanding of the gaming industry and extensive experience in the creation of complex international business structures provides the thought leadership and implementation energy at Total Compliance. He revealed that his ‘coalface to boardroom experience’ ranges from creating internal control system documentation through to executing global licensing strategies and joint ventures between cross-industry NASDAQ exposed companies.

“After a number of years servicing the online gaming market internationally, it became very apparent to us that a professional one-stop-shop service would be readily embraced by those wanting to establish their own gaming businesses,” said Scalora.

“We set up the Total Compliance new entrant consultancy to meet this need both in the UK and overseas and we will be providing a full service approach to entrants, from obtaining respective licences to ensuring that their regulatory requirements are met. Certainly we also provide on-going advice to clients already in the market space to ensure their license and company portfolios maximise market and profit opportunities.

“With strong backgrounds in this sector, we understand the deep complexities of the online gaming industry and hold a wealth of experience in obtaining licenses in over 70 jurisdictions worldwide. We have strategic relationships with key regulators and have strong alliances with leading global law firms and related service providers.”
